MP Rotator Sprinklers

The Hunter MP Rotator options cover all the bases for the domestic irrigation user.  Model options include;

The Hunter MP 1000, 2000 and 3000 Rotator Sprinklers

This model range provide three irrigation rotating streams trajectory range options (2.5 to 4.6 metres,4  to 6.4 metres & 6.7 to 9 metres  ) along with an adjustable watering arc settings (90-210 degrees, 210-270 degrees and 360 degrees) for all 3 of the MP models).  The MP models only have one moving part and the patented "double-pop" flushes on start-up and shut-down without increasing spray head flow-by. There is a removable inlet filter for easy cleaning and the low application rate reduces runoff on slopes & tight soils.

MP Corner

The MP Corner is designed for tight corners that are difficult to irrigate properly with traditional sprinklers with the added bonus of not wasting water. The MP Corner has an adjustable arc from 45 degrees to 105 degrees.

MP Strip

The Hunter MP Strip Rotator Sprinkler is unique in that rather than spraying water in an arc, the  Strips trajectory covers a oblong area, hence its name ‘Mp Strip’.  The MP Strip is ideal for watering garden beds without wasting water on paved or foot traffic areas, saving water and money.  The unit also has excellent wind-fighting ability. The MP Strips irrigate an area 5’ x 15’ (1.5-4.6 m) at 30 PSI (2.1 bar) at full radius. Flow rate at rectangular spacing = .19 GPM (.72 LPM). When the radius is reduced the pattern is 4’ x 12’ (1.2-3.7 m). Refer to the diagram to the right for details on coverage areas and sprinkler spacing.
